Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your Emma Bridgewater pottery, but if you change your mind, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Pottery

  Carefully repackage your items using the original box and protective materials to ensure they arrive safely back at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid returns label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to your nearest designated drop-off point; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.
