Where is Emma Bridgewater pottery made?
The vast majority of our pottery is proudly made by hand in our factory in Stoke-on-Trent, the traditional home of British ceramics.
Are your products dishwasher and microwave safe?
Our earthenware is dishwasher safe; however, we recommend using low temperatures and liquid detergent to maintain the glaze. We do not recommend using our pottery in the microwave.
What are your UK delivery options and timeframes?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. We also offer Next Day Delivery for orders placed before 2pm Monday through Thursday.
How do I return an item if I change my mind?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please use our online returns portal to generate a label.
Do you offer a personalization service?
Yes, we offer a bespoke hand-painting service on many of our most popular shapes, allowing you to add names or special messages to your pottery.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that your items arrive broken, please contact our customer service team within 7 days with a photograph of the damage to arrange a replacement.
